Booking & Cancellation:
- Your deposit helps us reserve a spot just for you, so it’s non-refundable.
- If plans change, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with shorter notice mean we can’t fill your slot, so the deposit can’t be returned.
- Missing an appointment without notice? We hope it doesn’t happen, but if it does, the deposit will be kept.
Making the Most of Your Visit:
- We adore kids, but our space isn’t equipped for little ones. Please make arrangements so you can enjoy your treatment undisturbed.
- For lash treatments, come with clean eyes free of makeup or creams. This ensures the best results! There might be an extra charge if we need to cleanse for you.
- Health first! Please share any medical conditions or allergies with us in advance. This helps us tailor your treatment perfectly.
- For treatments using chemicals, we recommend a patch test to ensure your skin loves it as much as we do. Choosing not to test? That’s okay, but JCandy won’t be liable for any reactions.
